Our boot camps encourage and challenge you as well as respect your physical limits.
Through resistance training using your own body weight, randomized movements, and cardiovascular training you can get the lean, toned body that you have always wanted.
Our programs are both general and specific in design. We’ve trained everyone from senior citizens to marathon runners. These programs are for individuals who are committed to making a change in their life with the support of a strong community, no matter what walk of life they are coming from.

The most efficient way you can track your progress in a fitness program is through body assessments. At the start of every program Fitness Boot Camp offers free body assessments. This is an opportunity for you to closely track the physical changes you experience and also your overall fitness level.
Our fitness boot camp meets 4 days per week Morning and Evening classes in the heart of Tempe. It is uniquely designed to incorporate scalable movements and exercises so that people of all fitness levels can participate. The program changes daily to keep your body and mind constantly challenged! The program consists of free weight training, cardio, calisthenics, core conditioning, stretching, plyometric drills, and much more.
Sessions last approximately 1 hour.
