I LOVE - LOVE - LOVE having the Nutritionist working with us....It is so important to log the food and commit to sending it in everyday. It has been very eye opening......I thought I was eating 'ok' before and I was way wrong. I haven't checked out other boot camps but I think having the Nutritionist sets you (Tempe Fitness Boot Camp) apart from the rest....It is the FULL Package. So much of getting in shape and changing our shape depends on the food choices and intake. So many people work out hard for awhile but don't make the right choices with the food and then give up.
