What is Boot Camp?
Boot Camp meets Functional Fitness! Our fitness boot camp meets 2-4 days per week to condition our bodies. The camp program is designed to change daily.
Functional Fitness? Tell me more:
Constantly varied, functional movement executed at high intensity. Our trainers will take you through a anaerobic workout at an anaerobic pace. Squats and push-ups will be performed not as a weight exercise but as quickly as possible.
We train the body as a unit. Not as pieces and parts. Our exercise regimen ALSO consists of cardio, calisthenics, core conditioning, stretching, plyometric drills, and much more. We cater to the beginner as well as the fitness enthusiast.
What if I'm not in shape?
We cater to the beginner and challenge the fitness enthusiast. You will never feel left behind or bored with our daily fitness routine. Our program gives the client levels in which they can challenge themselves and expand their fitness program weekly as their strength and physical abilities increase. Fitness safety is our number one priority and you will "never" be asked to perform more than you are capable of doing.
How much does this cost?
"Only" $75 for 8 classes
4 Weeks / 2 Days per week am 8 classes total
NEW FRIDAYS have been added join us 3 days per week 12 classes total for $114
That's less than $10 bucks an hour for a Personal Trainer per week. You cannot afford to miss this opportunity to improve your health and fitness!
What do I bring to camp?
Hand weights, exercise mat, comfortable attire, running shoes and water!

What should I expect after 4 weeks of camp?
Well that depends on your dedication. If you attend camp and participate to your highest potential, you can expect a body and mind transformation. You will lose weight and more importantly body fat. After 4 weeks of participation you will enjoy improved posture, confidence in your physical abilities, and an overall physically fit transformation! Remember physical fitness and nutrition are lifestyle changes that do not happen over night or with a magic pill. If you work our program you "WILL" see results and have the support you need to succeed!
